Got the chicken teriyaki and egg roll. Both were delicious and the portions were generous. The family who runs this place is super polite and nice. Sometimes they give you a potsticker when you walk in to try. There's a decent amount of seating for approx 35 people inside. The food comes out fast and delicious. Highly recommend and looking forward to come back and try other items on the menu. Super casual place and a good spot for Boeing employees during their lunch break.

Been here a few times and overall, this place serves OK teriyaki. Some observations about Tokyo Teriyaki:
FREE GYOZA! - For all the visits made so far, the staff will always offer a free sample of their gyoza. Fresh, hot, and tasty, this place makes pretty good gyozas and I highly recommend eating this if you want a small appetizer.
Service - Average service, wait time is minimal. So for those who are in a rush, getting your food here shouldn't present too much of a problem.
Price - Average prices, nothing too different
Food - Ordered: Beef teriyaki, pork teriyaki, katsu, yakisoba...and etc. Overall, the food is pretty average. Marinated meats = a bit too sweet for me and the other dishes were ok tasting. Portions are reasonable size.
With so many food options around, it would be tough to go back to here. -

This is my favorite teriyaki spot! They have the best sauce. Very quick and so friendly!
You also get a free gyoza while you wait! -

First time it was pretty tasty, tad sweet for my taste. Friendly service. Beware, stop in before 11 or after 1, finding parking can be a nightmare.

It's not bad teriyaki but they have gotten my order very wrong more than once and it has gotten to the point that it makes ordering there an ordeal. It is a fine quick place to grab lunch but there are better in the area and if you have any dietary restrictions, try to be as clear as possible.
